Diva Bells

The Diva Bells have been a staple at our Art of Strength/Punch Kettlebell Gym headquarters. Used at our very own R&D center, our patrons have come accustomed to seeing new products moving in and out of the facility but never has one garnered more attention and accolades than the Diva Bell. What we thought would become a favorite of a few of the female clientele has turned into a must have for my entire female client base.

Punch Kettlebell

Punch Kettlebell

With so much of US manufacturing finding its way overseas and so many of our workers finding their way to unemployment lines, isn't now the most important moment to keep things local, to keep things American? We believe it is possible to create a product in the USA that beats foreign made at every level, both in quality and in price.

So, with concerns mounting over recalls of foreign made goods due to the use of hazardous materials and poor design we decided to see if, in fact, we could make a high quality kettlebell at a competitive price and do it 100% in the USA. Well the jury is in and the verdict is a resounding success. What we've been able to do, by working closely with local designers and foundries, is produce a solid iron kettlebell of a quality finer than anyone else's at a price that compares favorably to any other kettlebell on the market.

Kettlebell F.A.Q.

"WHAT SIZE KETTLEBELL SHOULD I CHOOSE?"

Are you out of shape or older? Do you have little experience with weight training?

Start off with a kettlebell weighing around 9 lb (4 kg). Men, start with a kettlebell weighing around 18 lb (8kg).

Are you in average to good shape? Do you have some experience in weight training?

Start with a kettlebell anywhere in the 13 lb to 18 lb range (6-8 kg). For men, we suggest starting with a 26 lb (12 kg) weight.

Are you in excellent shape? Are you experienced in weight training?

You probably know your body well and should use your own knowledge to choose your correct size kettlebell. Consider starting with something in the 18 lb to 26 lb (8-12 kg) range. For experienced men, you could start with a 35 lb (16 kg) kettlebell, and go from there. Personally, I started with a 4 kg kettlebell and found it to be too light, so I went ahead and ordered the buddy to add weight. Up to the point that this DVD was taped, I continued to use only the 4 kg and a buddy. Your ideal kettlebell weight should be something that you feel comfortable with but also challenges you.

Personally, I started with a 10 lb kettlebell and found it to be too light, so I went ahead and ordered the 12 lb kettlebell. Up to the point that this DVD was taped, I continued to use only a 12 lb kettlebell. Your ideal kettlebell weight should be something that you feel comfortable with but also challenges you.
