Beth Chamberlin first joined CBS’ daytime drama “Guiding Light” in 1989. She plays the long-suffering heroine Beth Raines and Beth Raines occasional alter ego, Lorelei Hills. Since starting Anthony’s kettlebell program, she has become an advocate for quick and effective fitness for busy women. She is currently working on becoming a certified kettlebell trainer and on becoming a member of the prestigious National Strength and Conditioning Association.
In 2002 Anthony Diluglio became one of the first athletes in the country to be certified as an instructor in the ancient art of Russian Kettlebell exercise. He quickly realized the potential for expanding the use of kettlebell training beyond the realm of specialty athletics to programs for post-rehab fitness patients and everyday exercise for the general public. Anthony pioneered the use of kettlebell-based circuit training, opening Punch Gyms in Providence and Newport, Rhode Island, then producing the first of his kettlebell training DVD’s, “Art of Strength, Providence.” The wild success of Diluglio’s circuits with athletes, housewives and desk-bound executives led Men’s Journal to honor him as one of America’s Top 100 trainers for two years in a row (2004/2005). His training techniques have been adopted by professional sports teams, firefighters across the country and even the Special Forces soldiers on duty in Afghanistan and Iraq. Anthony continues to develop new training techniques, produce new DVD’s and expand the Punch Gym franchise throughout the nation. For more information on Anthony go to artofstrength.com.
